I am currently looking for a good, genuine gransport. If there is any known enthusiast owned cars on AT etc or on here but not being advertised then I would be interested in hearing more about them, some lovely looking cars on AT but it would be nice to find a known and looked after example.

Welcome.
Hopefully someone will be able to help you out and may be thinking of selling that hasn't got round to advertising. In the meantime, have a chat with @dickygrace , He'll probably be able to source you what you want if he hasn't already got one.

Just avoid Richard Grace cars like the plague and you’ll be fine.

He hates Maseratis and only gets in bangers.

I hear the EU is refusing to send us any more KJB Parts until we send over our fair share of Richard Grace, although they are still saying that RG has only limited effectiveness for the over 65s.

Talking of KJB parts im sure we have had a couple of new members join from the Netherlands in the last few weeks. Which may come in handy for anybody still awaiting refunds or parts or both.

Thanks for the mentions gents. As it happens, I’ve a ******* I’m listing soon, 27k mile LE, I’ve known the car for the 6-7 years that my two good clients have owned the car. @PhillV8S feel free to drop me a line tomorrow, mobile is on the website.

Surely that’s the only reason for the over-enthusiastic swear filter to pick that up?

When I was looking last month, I made a quick scribble of every one I could find for sale. Here it is, showing year, colour outside/inside, mileage, location and price.
The average was a 53k mile car, at £22,400.
(The black/tan car at Sportsitalia is now sold.)

Thanks for the replies so far. Ideally I suppose under 50k miles with a light interior is my preference but as always condition and providence may help alter my mind.

That leaves you a choice of two. The grey with tan car at Millenium, or the dark blue with cream car that's for sale privately in London. Or it's the usual waiting game.

No harm in calling Nareman at Nuvola in London, or Emblem Sports Cars in Poole, or Shiltech in Loughborough, or Autoshield in Manchester, or McGraths Maserati, just to see if any of those have clients thinking of selling. (The one I just bought came via Autoshield.)

what a depressing list Ewan - all woefully cheap...

I haven’t used mine for a little while and have 1/2 thought about selling, but at those prices it feels better to keep it in the garage and look forward to sunnier days and a chance to use it ...
