Locking Wheel Nuts

Was a bit suprised when I picked up my new grancabrio that they dont come with locking wheel nuts, am a bit in 2 minds about fitting them, on one hand the wheels would look obviously out of place on anything but a Masser, on the other some people will nick anything unless its bolted down. Anyone have any recommendations for suitable locking nuts, notice Maserati sell some at £140, after driving the new beast for a few days I can see I am going to have look after the pennies so I can afford to put fuel in her.

Any observations on need to fit locking nuts etc.

It is an odd one Steve. Mind you, to date, I don't know of anyone that has had his Maser wheels pinched, if I was you and you are watching the pennies, just don't worry about it.

You see, the wheels will only fit Maserati and from what I have learnt about my fellow brothers and sisters are that they are an honest bunch and not into such things.

I don't know where you live, but assume you will not be leaving it overnight in the local city car park either?

Thanks guys

Its locked up tight in the garage with infra red sensors and barbed wire entanglements and I cant see me leaving it anywhere overnight that is not secure, so will probably forgo the locking nuts. However what made me raise the querry was the post on the US maseratilife forum where the guy posted "well, I found today my car on cinder blocks and my 22" Forgiato wheels gooooooonnneeee" alongside a picture of his GT on blocks in what looks like an indoor car park. Will not park there when I take mine over to New York.
