Have 20" on our Leased levante with summer P zero tyres almost worn out. Also have New set of 19" Ghibli wheels with almost new tyres. Think about running the 19" in summer and the 20" in winter. Being a lease car it would be ideal to only buy tyres once and send it back with (just) enough legal tyre tread.
Considering buying winter tyres for the 20" wheels. What do these run like in warmer times?

EDIT the head scratching is due to huge difference in prices of summer vs winter tyres :D. I am still a Yorkshireman.

Normally, if you have 2 sets, your smaller wheels would have your winter tyres on them. In my experience winter tyres get a bit soft over 10degC and you can feel it moving about a bit. For UK weather, I wouldn't bother anymore as mpss4s are so good in all weather conditions.

Just get a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on the 20" wheels, use them in all seasons and never look back.

If your worried about the cost, sell the spare wheels and tyres to fund it.

I agree with this, especially in England where the winters are getting warmer, as they are everywhere of course, and we don't suffer from the ice & snow which Scotland for example has

thanks chaps, have parked the idea for winter tyres. Not planning any ski trips just yet.
Having fun now looking at rolling diameters. The Ghibli wheel / tyre combination is smaller than Levante, which results in the speedo over reading. This is the safer direction of euro, but still not ideal.
Anyone know which wheels will affect the odometer?
