No you can’t visit the cars during the crossing. I have homes in Provence and La Chartre so use this crossing like a bus service every month at least. It’s good value compared to Brittany Ferries crossings from Portsmouth but the ships are pretty basic with a self serve cafe and a bar. No cinema / restaurant etc

I always book a cabin as a few hours sleep is very welcome and there is little else to do. Usually only £30 per crossing but they ramp up prices for LM and LMC.
I will find somewhere to crash for a while. I will pm you my number if you want to have a drink when I underway.

Le Mans 202 plans have taken a move for the better, one of our crew has a farm in Kent so he has offered up his field for the Le Man weekend, same craic, beer & wine and watch the race live on Eurosport
Sounds good if France is closed.

I would keep that off social media as I imagine that will not quite fit with the current rules on private events and social distancing ;)

I think this should be Matt's next investment. Le Mans rescue and repair service with space to bring you home for terminal cases.

Bit flawed that. Its a Fiat, so what’s going to recover the recovery truck?

Good point. I was thinking of the concept though. It could also be utilised for the SM remake of the Italian job.

Maybe we blow the doors off of the spares warehouse.

And there is the madness of the current rules ....... can’t all meet up camping in a mates field, can all meet camping at a camp site.

We have a family BBQ coming up, can’t officially hold it at my sisters place with 1 acre gardens plus paddock, but can hold it at the local pub along with a load of strangers..........

We all want to keep safe but ...........
