Sounded a little miffed he was not consulted?
Personally the design is almost perfect, a bit of MC12, a bit of Strad /GT. Just needed a couple more cylinders.

I personally think it is the right look and they’ve now established that Maserati look in my eyes. The front / nose is now classic Maserati and it works. MC12 to GranTurismo to MC20 all have that dipped front big grill shape.

Maybe they’ll release a Stradale version at some point that’s all track focused looking who knows

Indeed, they are looking to go racing with this car so I would imagine there will be a Stradale / Trofeo version within a year or two of the initial run being out on the roads

I think Frank was right on the rear lights, i was really hoping they’d go to a modern look of the 3200 boomerang. The design is also a bit robotic/germanic but I think its a real good looking car and definitely a true Maserati.

Overall very positive but it appears more GT than sports car (not necessarily a bad thing as they will struggle against Ferrari).
