Just been to my first car meet

For the first time in my life honestly just been upto what most people would consider a bad boy/girl car meet up at Cribbs Causeway/The Mall on the outskirts of Bristol.
My lad told me he was going with his retro Ford mates takeing his 2.1 Pinto Sierra.
I thought i will give this a look and wow what a number and selection of motors.
Should have had one of the forums photographers with me.
Only 1 Maserati there though and i was the oldest person and the only one with out a Hoody.
For Adam god was there some pretty girls there even the cold don't stop them wearing very little.
Will be going again thats for sure.

There are loads of them round this way racing up and around McDonalds at the business park and they drives Saxo's, Corsa's etc. I've thought about giving them a **** good drubbing in the RS before but thought better of it!

Contigo i have just spent 2 hours and speak as i find a nice group of people some travelling a fair distance.
I saw no messing about just nice and friendly but there were plenty of plod about.

Yes i guess the plod are well on top of this these days especially after recent spate of crashes in the South after the crusing events. They often turn into burnouts and drag races so they need settling down.

Adam its not a Cossie he is only 19 its an old RS 2000 pinto with a twin choke weber carb enough for a boy when the old man pays the insurance.
I did have a Sierra Cosworth 4x4 rally car for a while but could'nt get on with it big old barge.

Was this a Piton Heads meet then ... Missed that as would have popped over if I had known....Take in it was a South West meet. Been to a few Sourh Wales ones and they can be good if run well...or a nightmare with over excited young lads getting into trouble by driver like pricks.......Will keep an eye out for pics...
