Or maybe, and I know it may be surprising, most of them (currently) don't agree with you? Or didn't when the Tories last won an election.

Or preferred a Tory Bell End to a Labour one.

Agree, it’s all about the least worse and gord knows what little treats the Labour party would’ve had in for us regarding driving our big engined ice cars. These big city Labour controlled councils are suddenly becoming unscrupulous capitalist when someone wants to drive a car in their city.

Actually...its about the toxicity of the current political ecology...not the policies.
Policies are what voters make a choice about...
The bullsh1t these cretins are pulling is a different issue altogether...
...but if that s ok, just to get your own way...vote away. Impunity awaits. Consequences are for grown ups in real world. A world in which you are responsible for yopur actions and such...
Jus' sayin'!

I have to say that's very very different from your original assertion, but I'm not going to argue. Not for any other reason that it won't end well for anyone and there's enough toxicity around

I f*ckin' hope so, I really do...
...but we'll just end up with another total Tory BellEnd taking his place...
UK voters dont give a sh1t . Attention span of f8cking goldfish tbh!

You can hardly blame the Tories or the electorate for the fact that successively Oppositions have been utterly useless.

Politics aside, I can’t get over how badly successive governments handle PR.
On this occasion clearly Nos10 have been caught with their pants down.
What they needed to do was fess up to the whole lot at the beginning - make excuses and dodge the bullets all in one go. If they had done that, we would be talking about something else by now.

Well obviously but they’re less useless than Kier and Anglea Raisin.

Not aimed at you specifically...
...but I suspect people understood what Johnson was, certainly, when they voted knowing this man was to be the face of British politics, Brexit, and "getting it done..."
Its like no one is surprised...and why would they be..?

Hard to really endorse as opposition isnt a very good comparison of like with like somehow..
..but i get that it is your opinion..! And I disagree. Because Im a Socialist. Even Corbyn coldnt do this much damage...( which is my opinion. You see how that works, right!? )

I’m just trying to imagine Dianne Abbott as Home Secretary, surely that would’ve been better than this right?
I’m convinced she was a Tory plant, it’s the only logical conclusion I can come up with.

Like many, I'm completely disengaged with politicians of any type, local government especially (please don't mention fictitious Battery Gigafactory and Coventry Airport otherwise there maybe floods of corruption spleen all over the place)

There have been great statesmen in our history (I'm being parochial British/Uk).

If we could, who would we hold up as exemplars?

Good points of course but they apply every bit as much to Labour as they do the Tories, they're all (or mostly) cut from the same cloth, went to the same schools etc, there are just as many greedy multi millionaires wearing red rosettes and looking after their chums as there are blue and they look after their mates in exactly the same way (and relatives in some cases), but for some reason it gets overlooked or ignored. Multi millionaire Corbyn appointed an ex-lover as his shadow home secretary and got a cushy £80k a year job for one of his sons as a 'researcher' working for John McDonnell. That's the multi millionaire John McDonnell who owns three properties and several boats. They're all as bat-**** greedy and hypocritical as the rest of them, and for the most part always have been, this goes right back through the Blair, Major and Thatcher years to the days of Callaghan, Wilson and Heath.

Yours etc,

A former Labour voter in a traditionally working class role and a trade union member who will very likely never vote Labour again,

News At Ten,

Nite nite! ;)

Totally agree @TimR Johnson has been a proven liar for far to long and shouldn't be PM it's time for a big change.

This man , prime minister , he's been a joke for decades

I wish I'd had a £10 treble in 2015 on Brexit happening , Trump for president and Boris for prime minister , I'd be living on the next island to Richard Branson on 5% of the winnings
