yup, seems some skulduggery was going on there with the true age, some saying 17??

She said she was 16 on the clip above. I think she was 18 when it was released.

Even so. 16 when it was filmed. Was the director investigated as part of Yewtree?

She was 16 when that was filmed. That's paedophilia in the US!

Each U.S. state has its own age of consent, as does the District of Columbia. As of August 1, 2018, the age of consent in each state in the United States was either 16 years of age, 17 years of age, or 18 years of age. The most common age of consent is 16.[52]

Consent is one thing. But being filmed naked is illegal unless you are over 18 isn't it?

There was an odd one in Bolton some years back, a couple of back-ticklers arrested for making ****-**** vids, apparently its illegal for another person to be present when two pillow-biters are at it, in this case the cameraman.

In any case they prosecuted them because they proved one was under 21 by the episode of Coronation Street playing the background!

It is a conundrum, I believe it was filmed in Australia so it would have been subject to the laws in place at the time in that state in Aus. Now the film got certified in most countries and I believe it has also been on TV in many countries too.

I think a lot of consideration has to be given to the fact she is comfortable with it. The 60’s and 70’s were a different time. I recall the album sleeve of the Beatles Rubber Soul: How many people have a copy in their house? You could be considered today to be in possession of child ****...

Have you seen the original cover for The Scorpions 'Virgin Killer' album cover? Now that is kiddie ****, and I do have a copy! Never gave it thought back then, but it's quite shocking now.....

I apologise for liking The Scorpions, I was in my 'metal' phase and denim was cheap....
