Seeing as no vaccination for corvid-19 presently, could we have once testing is generally available, a passport system where those that have had it, and confirmed, they are allowed to travel freely and no longer require to social distance? With spot checks required with your papers?
It's then Russian roulette if you decide to contaminate yourself, to get your papers to travel freely early.
Sounds like a Hollywood movie.

To be honest if you have nothing to hide I certainly don't mind.
Expect to be *** reamed now :)

I believe that's the idea of the testing. Those that have had the virus can go about their business and no longer need to isolate. A certificate or something like that will then be issued.

There has been the most extraordinary outbreak of psychotic behaviour in my neighbourhood,e.g. it is now common to display toy bears in your front window to be seen from the street, silly motherhood statements chalked on the footpaths, cutesy signs with similar statements painted on pet rocks, rant signs everywhere telling all & sundry to "obey the rules",people walking their dogs dressed up as blowflies with face masks.
The less fragile personalities are seen in droves swimming at the closed beaches early in the morning before the gendarmes arrive, buying dogs from the lost dogs centres so they can walk around the streets without flaunting the rules, heaps of people cycling and walking. One is tempted to buy a bike shop or a sports equipment store if this behaviour persists.
I had an email from a plant seed store to say that vegetable seeds were in high demand,I can only assume the nitwits are trying to become self-sufficient in vegies by growing their own,how futile is that ?
I have now stopped listening to any news media and refuse to accept any emails on the COVID subject. I know it's been said before, but can't we go back to watching news of the Brexit saga ?

The system used by Chinese with a smartphone app showing a coloured bar code gets my vote. I agree there are concerns over the wider use of data and profiling but I think the positives outweigh that. Being able to show you are not, or no longer a significant risk would enable a quicker move to a newer normal. ( I'm not sure my old mum would get on with the idea of a smartphone though!)
Corona virus itself has trashed many civil liberties already.

I may be wrong, but the news over here is that there is no antibody immunity for Covid. You can be reinfected, and pass the virus again. Is this correct?

Ok C, let’s stick to your facts.
How many have recovered and are immune......we surely know that don’t we?
After all, we know those infected, we know those dead, we know those in-between and we know those recovered,
Don’t we?

Personally, and from my understanding of everything that’s going on and that i’ve read, past, present and future - from sources I trust.
U r 99.9% correct.
No immunity, reinfection possible.
The Uk medical bloke was asked this on tv.....look at his fudged response re herd immunity. He knows.
But don’t expect anyone in any authority to tell u this.
A Coronavirus vaccine has never been developed.

You've already made up your mind, so why ask me?

Well the information coming from some of the chinese sites my missus visits suggest otherwise , several new city lockdowns............eventually the evidence will be common knowledge , until then expect to be treated like mushroons
