The QP is in for some winter pampering this week..

• 31k Service - Ive told the tech to drain and replace every single fluid in the car.
• 4 New Lambda Sensors
• Charcoal Canister
• New Spark Plugs

My Clutch is occasionally going from 3rd to nuetral when the box is automatically downshifting, root caused has been identified as the F1 Sensor in the Gearbox. Thus the gearbox has come come apart. So makes sense to do the Clutch aswell whilst its open, a shame as the SD3 says its only around 50% worn.

• Complete under body protection with dintrol and Waxoil
• Repainting of front Bumper and Grill to get rid of the Stone chips
• Replace one engine mount
• Investigate a little leak in the boot
• New Brake Pads & Motul Fluid
• Full Geo Check

My wallet is not going to be happy at the end of the week! How much do you guys think im in for?

My indie (Roberto Grimaldi) does ALL fluids and the plugs as part of the major service (43500miles)...
I had this done exactly one year ago and cost me £995 plus VAT.
I think you are probably looking at another 3 plus for the other work,
not going to be cheap, but as Andy says...she will be in prime condition on her return...

Hi Noor,

Emblem estimate £1350 plus VAT for the 43,500 service on my 2006 QP. This includes all the fluids, the Lamda sensors and the charcoal cannister. Looking at their website I note that they currently charge £1700 plus VAT for the clutch although this excludes the thrust bearing.
