How i would love to have been over in Paris this weekend lads , instead of getting covered in sawdust etc ... but needs must been earning a crust as Dan said down in Christchurch ,

Thanks for the meet up Dan , a welcome break to a long hard manic week , worst of sleeping on site too easy to do the 12-14 hour days , Braised pork was awesome Dan but the aroma's i have been emitting all day certainly didn't do it justice heheh nice local you have and so close too lucky man
