Anyone tempted? I'm on the fence. My iPhone X is pretty good, if a bit old and battered, but a better camera appeals.

Working from home the 5G is pointless, even assuming fast and wide 5G network roll-out.

I'm overdue an upgrade from my iPhone X, so waiting to see the pricing with O2 today before deciding. Generally don't go for upgrades as soon as they are offered, but with 5G coming soon, might be tempted.

I hate IOS so it's a no from me.
Ditto, was an apple fan boy with my first iPhone 3G and iPad 2, but since then android all the way.
I do still have to manage the rest of the family who all have iPhone and iPads that drive me crazy at times!

iPhone 12?
I’ve still got a iPhone 6S, anyone thinking of getting a 12 I’ll give you £50 for your ancient old iPhone X!

I don’t see a reason to upgrade from my current 8. The camera might be better but frankly I work in media and for what I use it for (social/video) when most of the quality is lost in conversion for instagram/Facebook/Twitter... just not worth the cash

Just got a i-phone from work... sat here for a week or so thinking why... decided to put its SIM into my old Samsung and carried on using the old phone as there is nothing wrong with it.
Just another IT upgrade woth loads of bugs no doubt.

I’m on a 6, can’t see the benefit in the huge cost of the 12. So if I’m upgrading it will be a lower model as they are getting cheaper now.

I’m on an X for last 3 odd years. Think I might jump in on the 12.

the standard is a touch larger than the X. I like the idea of a max but think the size would start to **** me off.

I don’t get this Apple hate, and I’m not a fanboy. Anything but I don’t get ‘fan’ about anything. But they do knock out a pretty seamless device that just works. Well does everything I want of a phone anyway

not tempted as they are becoming like white goods. the latest one must be an American side by side fridge with ice crusher?
Happy enough with apple device for joined up applications.
Last one I bought was iPhone 5 SE then inherited 6s from partner. screen a bit too smashed now.
Have no desire to pay for another so might go back to the 5. Only minor pain is shifting the banking app.

Is there a happy middle ground? the latest ones feel too big. Like holding a dinner plate to my ear while on a call. Too bulky for trouser pocket and damaging to jackets.
