Just showed that to wife and daughter as suggested we incorporate this into the potential house build. Thumbs up so let's see. Allows us to run all pipes/cables in top part of garage basement so make a lot of sense for future ease and access to services over the years. Will likely be a single storey build now so makes lots of sense for various uses.
