Just a reminder, some of us are members of the Italian Auto Moto Club (who organise(d) the BIAMF). They are holding a Great Western Italian Day(s) next weekend Saturday 16 & Sunday 17 June. This is to be held at the Brunel's SS Great Britain.

I have had a email and there are still a few places left (I think you have to be a member of the club though, which you may be if your attended BIAMF last year). It's free and includes free entry for two to the SS Great Britain.

Great Western Italian Day at SS Great Britain 16 & 17th June
Join us on Bristol’s Historic Harbour at Brunel’s SS Great Britain on 16 & 17 June for an Italian car display with a difference! We have been invited to display our cars beside the SSGB site on this Fathers Day weekend. Each car entered will receive two free entry tickets (worth £15.70 each) to the SS Great Britain; which made its maiden voyage in 1845, the dockyard where she was built and the new Brunel Museum ‘Being Brunel.’ In addition you will be able to sample the many interesting features of the Historic Harbour including historic cranes, ships, boats, steam locomotives and the M Shed museum. The Matthew (a replica of a caravel sailed by John Cabot in 1497 from Bristol to North America, thereby beating Columbus to the American mainland!) will be available for harbour cruises on the 17th June.
Due to space restrictions, numbers will be capped at 25 cars each day and entry will be by pre-booked pass only. All applicants must be paid up members of IAMC in June 2018. Please contact paul@italianautomotoclub.co.uk stating which day you intend to come and the car you will bring. Entrants should arrive between 09.00 and 10.00 hours and are requested to stay until at least 4pm.

I went along to this today. There was a nice F360, a 4200, 3200, Delta HF and a few other Alfa, Lancia and Fiat models. Weather was a bit gloomy but the event had a nice chilled-out feel down on the harbourside and there was a BBQ and craft beer stand. This was my favourite car...

Thanks for the complement pj_sibley. It was a good event in a nice setting and the museum was brill.
Nik - I'm a bit of a slack tart when it comes to taking photos. I went to 2 events this weekend (SSGB & Bath Festival of Motoring) and took absolutely no photos at all.
Anyway how is the car coming? You've not been to many events recently - so with the car (hopefully) ready to go you haven't got much time to get a few events in before the 'season' ends...... I mean after this Thursday the nights will actually be drawing in!

2 weeks Sunday (1st July) is the Haynes Breakfast Club https://www.haynesmotormuseum.com/events/haynes-breakfast-club-0
We've pencilled in this event https://www.henstridgeclassicrevival.com/ It's not Italian car themed but if it's a nice day it's take a picnic and chill out.
And don't forget Friday 20th July Poole Quay for My Car https://www.pooletourism.com/whats-on/quay-for-my-car-p2392333
