Regarding the air vents, just give them a gentle but sturdy pull.
The radio has to come out to remove the other components. When you do so, there are two screws on either side in the middle of the console at radio height.
The airco unit you have to treat with great care as I broke the clips on the buttons which got me into buying a 3d printer to fix it... Take out the unit and disassemble it so you can release the clips by hand then rather just pulling them out (expect them to gotten brittle over the years).
The window buttons you just push up from underneath.
I took apart the buttons and vents totally so I could spray them with oven cleaner (with caustic soda!), each part seperately.
Let it soak for some hours (+/- 5) and clean with a toothbrush and plentiful of water afterwards. This will keep the paint alive underneath and just remove the sticky surface.
To take apart everything, take a picture of original as reference and use a miniature screwdriver to pry them apart carefully (paper towel in between if needed).

As above.

Once the radio is out and you have access to the two screws. Pull the console out (Can be very tight).
Be very careful with the aircon unit, They’re now pretty rare and very expensive.
Yep, buying a 3D printer was cheaper than replacing the unit...

regarding air vents do the come out with silver circle ? cause i tried open air vent and put fingers inside and tried to pull it , but with no luck =( i was afraid of brake the fixation

also i am thinking of cleaning the console buttons , should i need to remove the air con unit to gain access to remove the rubber console with buttons ? or its possible to take rubber buttons without removing the aircon unit

For the vents, put your fingers into them so you can pull the tube itself, bit by bit pull at each 1/3 of a circle. You can put quite some force on it.

To get the flaps out of the tube, squeeze the tube oval so the pins of the flaps get freed, one side has shorter pins than the other.
The flaps are attached to each other with cir-clips which I did not take apart.

The buttons on the console (second pic) I did with isopropyl alcohol before I knew the trick with the oven spray.
Didn’t take them apart...

The aircon unit is the one with the 3 rotary knobs which I ruined (and had to repair with 3d printed parts). Didn’t take this apart too because I already took them out with force and broke 2 out of 3.

You can disassemble the whole units though.
Use some plastic strips cut from a window cleaner bottle (or similar) to unlock all the pins of the body simultaneously. Just make sure to take pictures for reference.

Just regular oven cleaner spray can which sprays foam. Take the one with caustic soda.
Oven brite in uk?
Just keep it wet so it keeps reacting on the surface. I fully spray it until the part disappears under the foam, let it finish bubbling out and ad some small amount of water to get some nice sticky goo and apply all over with toothbrush. Then wait for some hours.

i will try isopropyl cause maybe i can solve the problem without removing the rubber buttons console to clean it =) cause with oven spray i need to take out the rubber so i can put it in the foam fully in the cup or smith like you said.
