You should still be able to ‘paint’ a liquid DPM on.
Alternatively, a rigid DPM over the entire floor, then 40-50 mm floor screed over that, effectively levelling the entire garage floor.
You could then also run your roller shutter electricity in the screed neatly and ditch the orange extension cable.

Finally got new garage doors in. Long way from being finished as still need to extend the side of the garage, new roof, new windows and completely refurbish the inside. New driveway after that. But at least I can get the cars in now with the extra wide doors, nearly impossible previously.

RAL 7016 Anthracite. Roof will be the same RAL standing seam Zinc roof to match our house. You’ll notice I have already cladded the front of the garage in new brick slips (again to match our house - pic below)
That lazy git was a brickie helping me demolish the inside and front of the garage.. I was taking the photo! ;)

Looks great. That would be ideal for me, I just need to find a house with a triple garage already built.

Looks great! do love the zinc and copper roof systems, Many houses built in the 80's /90's have dated badly.

our interior flooring guy used "self levelling" stuff , maybe latex or epoxy. next day laid the laminate flooring. Victorian farm so it will never be level but it certainly evened it out and looks waterproof.

Been making stud walls in the garage to hide all piping and electrics. Then plaster boarding ceiling and all walls. This week I fitted cabinets, ready for worktop, splash back and sink/tap.
Now need to sort through all tools etc and put everything away in cupboards, shed, throw out, ready for the plasterer to come in.. it’s a work in progress but at least I finally got my own washing machine for car stuff... apparently all my wax/gliptone etc stinks and can’t go in ‘her machine’

Mine is on hold as the LA considered the plot to be of historic interest!!!... didn't bother them when it was a working farm when all types of lean-to's were attached to the Dovecote...seems a timber and stone garage that mimics the building next to it is too much.

I’m halfway through doing mine. Plaster boarded the ceiling and now painting breeze block walls. It’s taking 4/5 coats to cover it propped. Having said that I’ve got a guy coming from London to buy my car on Saturday. It wasn’t really for sale yet but we got chatting on a forum and he wants it. So until I replace it it’s going to be empty.

The **** farmers get away with because it’s agricultural is unbelievable, can’t understand why they seem to be exempt from everything.
