Holly mother of God - How much

Is it??? What is the value of anything??

The Delta is 210 bhp give or take and a Dino 246 is 192 bhp give or take. A Dino is £300k so therefore the value to power ratio is in the favour of the Delta.

it’s not that the Dino was built with super expensive materials and it’s interior is encrusted with 18ct diamonds alll over so for me, the value is all about what it “gives” the user and what “value” that user derives from it.

Weirdly, was walking the dog this morning and scrolling through the Apple News dross feed and there was a headline in the “cars” section that “Shmee 150 has bought a hypercar”… I did not waste my time clicking into it but it got me thinking firstly “who gives a **** anyway” and then “what a waste of money (for me)” as I am sure it would not give me the driving pleasure I want and therefore the “value” would never be aligned to the cost of it.

For me, if I had the cash to spend on that Delta, I would as I have always lusted after rally-reps, that’s just me…. It’s not the moniker or having it, it’s the pleasure of driving it.

I much preferred the Forester to the Strad which bored me as I could not get the driving pleasure out of it. I like the QPV project I have bought as for the cost aligned to the driving pleasure and “value”, it’s spot on (for me)… the GranCab, spot on (even if it is an auto)

I could go on and on,,, but I would bore all..

I agree. These things are all a matter of perspective. If I had one, I’d think £225k was perfectly reasonable :D

A good order car I understand( many are not with subframe rot being de rigeur), and being the Le Mans variant throws some question as to it's value...
....but these have languished with poor residual values for a while.

I know the Integrale has risen in price over the years and rightly so….and this is a final edition with sod all miles on her but how much !!

I just showed this to a friend who has one in Italy in storage. Before he saw the price he said "mine only has 3,000kms".

Then I pointed out the price his response was "holy fcking sht!":lol::lol::lol:

They have all gone up but the “Final Editions” and “Dealer Editions” are the ones that have really shot up

I think with these type of cars, once you get over the initial nostalgia, I would think some form of buyers remorse will kick in. Either because you can't drive the car through fear or because it isn't all that great in comparison to cars that have superseded it.

I've never owned an integrale. There used to be on one of the camps I was based at.

That was back when 200hp was fast.

It's a landmark car in incredible condition, if I was a rich collector with space I'd pay that. and I'd bet in another 20 years it will be worth double.

It's not all about power! It's also the sense of occasion..........These are fantastic cars with great provenance hence the values. I saw this 'minter' in Frodsham Tesco's car park a few months ago. I wonder what it's worth??!!

Absolutely this.
Couldn't give a **** about any number of 'correct' classic cars that I'm supposed to like, whereas I'd spend the money on some obscure stuff (largely square Masers and Alfas). It's my money, even if it is hypothetical...

However... I'd rather Blu Lagos, Dealer Collection of Martini 6 over this, and fit my own strut brace.
