I'm still hopeful. If the borders are open I plan on still going. Can always avoid France if needed..

Had not read the BBC report of France until this morning!... All bookings are free cancellation of request, but it is a new but expected worry.

The newspapers, if you believe their incessant miserable tw4t fear-mongering, seem to reckon France is hanging on the brink of being added to the quarantine list. Which is annoying.

Yes I am still undecided.
Adding to the confusion for me is a new BA sale, so can fly to Rome from LHR including case in the hold for £120 return! Could slake my driving desires by using the house as a base and doing some of the south of Italy..
