Hit and run

I remember when I got my GT and had just come out of training with my fellow students. One of the girls suddenly decided to drape herself, in a zip bedecked anorak, over the bonnet...

I was un-amused, but apparently I am not allowed to insert anything...

I am glad the damage is not substantial, and thinking out of the box here, but if you were to complain to the hospital (is it a private one?) exactly because it is a private car park (and they don't cooperate with cctv) and say i am looking at your business as responsible here, whether that would motivate them?
Its NHS.
Infact i'm back this afternnon, so will check regarding notices in the car park.
I've just noticed its got a few one inch long 'stress cracks' in the painted bumper, but fortunately they are aren't too visable.
The car is nearly 9 years old and 112k miles, but even so its pretty much mint with no dings, and just front end road rash.
I fitted front mud flaps when nearly new, genuine BMW, to much amusment 'on a M140i really?' they do however protect the sills and down the side of the car!
The body shop said it would be around £350 to repaint, so not really worth it, especially with the front bumper with all the road rash.
Then it would be about a grand to do both, then the what about the road rash headlights? where do you stop, on a car that is worth between 10 and 12K (due to mileage).
