Headliner replacement / fix

This morning I was about to start my car, after the car was standing outside for a few days.
To my surprise the entire alcantara headliner got loose. Not just one corner. But the entire thing is like a big hammock now :/

Is this the way to go? It seems to be quite some steps to take, like removing the rear seats. Anyhere here with some experience?

Yes I’ve done this, rear seats out along with the rear shelf. Then it’s A, B and C trims off along with the sun visors and interior light.
