Headlight washers clips

Hello guys, I'm hoping your resourcefulness has found a decent solution to this one (have attached the pic). They are not available separately, one has to buy the whole washer jet assembly and it is pricey. I would hope they are not that difficult to replicate. I need the one on the right hand side of the car (passenger side for me in Canada but driver side for you in the UK)

The clips are at the end of the washer jets and yes, they will come out very easily, this is how I lost one

Would you also be able to do the windscreen wiper anti flap hook... two tiny bits of hard plastic at £30 a pop.

I’d be interested in purchasing a number of your 3D printed washer covers.

Are you willing to sell them?

I have no plans to commercialize this. I can send you a pair if you want :). Maybe you can give me some feedback on the quality / fit.
Just keep in mind that 3d printed items are a challenge when it comes to make them perfectly smooth and ready for painting. It is possible, but requires some post work.

I would love to make this one. I just need to find some time to do it. this weekend I will visit my masserati specialist and ask if he can borrow me that part.
Most parts are easily recreated. But not all parts are suited for my 3d scanner. In those cases, i do measure everything manually and just try out a few different iterations.

I understand the quality issue, and I have a great body guy with custom fabrication experience who could hone them to something closer to factory. I’ll take as many or as few as you’ll sell me. I go through tons of these.

I have received a few messages inquiring on the price of these---- I would let them go for £75 (for the pair) plus whatever the small postage amount is...

You should look at uploading the part to the shapeways store (a website that does 3D printing). They're well above the grade in terms of material quality and people can get prints through the SLS method (ultra fine quality) that is comparable to low grade injection molding.

If you can send me the CAD file I can verify it against my own measurements and I can put them on my shapeways account if you don't want to set one up.

I'm happy to model up the clips, I just ask that someone makes a little photo guide on how I remove them and for the benefit of others who need to replace them in the future.

Below are some examples of low resolution prints to give you an idea of what you can get from shapeways over homebrew setups (not knocking homebrew, just depends on your application). That is running in a car because that ABS is rated for 160 degrees.
