Headlamp washer covers

Well having upgraded my OneCNC package (and my 3D drawing skills) I drew up a mirror version of the RH clip and my colleague’s son printed the part. Tested it just now and it clips on to the spray bar perfectly ( h*ll of a job to unclip it!).

A few tweaks to the pegs and we are there - grey-R OEM; black-L reprint.
I will probably draw both and print in pairs if anyone is interested:

Had the same issue myself. The replacement cover i got from Octoclassics. Then discovered the clip was missing off the spray head.

After a bit of digging it appears that the spray arm uses the same or very similar clip to the Hyundai i40/i30 and the Mini Cooper R55.

Managed to find some Hyundai i40 clips on aliexpress for £1.99 a pair.

I Have test fitted them on the cover and they are spot on. I still need to test fit on the spray head and will update when i have but they look like they should be a good fit.

I will test fit and let you know but it looks like these will fit out of the box or with a small amount of fettling. Just need to make sure the retaining recess lines up properly
 
I thought I would put the M139 part numbers for the covers here:
  • Left: 10136828 (Ref: 271 073-00L, 201033)
  • Right: 10136826 (Ref: 271 074-00R, 188285, 10186826) [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Is anyone 3D printing these?
