GTS height quota

Hi again, while I'm messing-up with my Skyhook suspensions I'd also like to check the shocks springs, to understand if they're still ok or if they could be a possible cause for my car's poor driving. My impression is that the front of the car is quote 'low' to the ground compared to the back...
Is there anybody that knows the height quota front+rear? (GTS Sport Auto 2013)

Definitely check that you don’t have a snapped spring front or back. I don’t think the height will matter in terms of your suspension issue. I had lower springs fitted to the rear of my car and I have the same issue before and after fitting those springs. No change in suspension behaviour and all 4 springs are good.

Snapped definetly NO, I've checked the shocks to find out an evenctual leak and in that occasion I've looked at the springs also, and no-one is snapped.
But they could be somehow 'worn' and lost some force, this is something I'd like to check....I'm often hitting ground with my front plate much more than in the past so this could be a reason
