Yes, a real beauty but then I would say that!
When these come up for sale, they often say 1 of 24, but there were 42 built in total. A full grid during the Trofeo race series often had 27/28 cars lined up with a few spares ready in case the gentleman drivers had a moment and needed to pop into a spare car
It seems a fair price to me, the work that went into making these cars is incredible, there are so many differences between a standard GT and the race cars

They were de-tuned for the Trofeo series in case the guest drivers ran out of talent! When converted to GT4 spec, the power was increased to around 400 and with restrictor removed in front of the cone filter, they would achieve around 420.
Mine is now just over 500bhp courtesy of a DMS re-map
