Its a p1ss take just because of the Maserati name . Go to an exhaust garage and take the Ebay tips with you . I'm after a set of cat delete pipes and they are all a grand . If it was for a Nissan they would be £500. Ill make some myself .

Go to a decent exhaust fabricator with the rear section and say "make this for me without the back boxes" and it'll be about £250 a side.
All it is is a bit of pipe bending and welding on the tips. Easy money for those guys.

I had a custom X-Pipe made and fitted for £250 at a custom exhaust place - took them half a day to do everything
