GT/GTS Insurance & Security

Thought I'd get my senisble head on this morning and do a sanity check on the insurance for the potential new purchase.....

Nice surprise in that it isn't significantly more than the Porshe but perhaps most suprisingly I had identical quotes for a GT and GTS. That's another reason to spend more money then......

Another quick question that someone may be able to help me with is as to whetehr the cars come fitted with a tracker device as standard. I believe Nav Trak/Cobra are Maser/Ferrari recommended but can't find a spec sheet that says whetehr or not they are standard fitment.

I believe they are an option but as quite a few insurance companies ask for them, I'd have thought most will have them fitted.

I am pretty sure that NavTrak 5 is standard fit on the Granturismo.
But I have been wrong before...

They come with Navtrak with ADR. The Advanced Driver Recognition is a keyfob that needs to be with the car otherwise an alert is sent and Cobra Navtrak will call to check all is fine. Currently the yearly subscription is £285.

Both of mine have had this, I believe it's standard.
