Ouch. Following the link may result in a sudden and overwhelming urge to be violently sick:

Perhaps not the shade of green I'd chose but I like it nonetheless.......but maybe Singapore a bit far for me, and all that corona virus none sense too, so no thanks ;)

On second thoughts …. I love it. Whilst we're admitting to guilty pleasures I also have a nympho Thai bride and an extremely small penis.
Chaps, pleeease, it's horrendous. It makes the GS with the red Trident look understated.
As above, the colour should be reserved for Lambo & not for discerning Maseratisiti. IMHO.

There’s a nice dark metallic green QPV 4.7 on autotrader just now at 20k
step away from the darkside! lol
i had thought of a QP, always loved them particularly the 4.7 but it is not a summer toy so maybe not..........even in green :)

ok, what will it take (parts and cost) to improve the sound of a 4.2?
i like my car to have colour and the only options at 4.7 are black, which is nice and moody but i keep getting drawn to this because i love the colour in sunlight and wonder what it would take to make it sound better.

White with black wheels is certainly nice...but I am a tad biased....:D

The money you spend to improve the 4.2 sound is better being added to the purchase budget and finding the right 4.7

just my humble opinion. But if you get the 4.2 I think you will always have another itch to scratch...

Best bet is to keep an eye on eBay for a set of valved back boxes. I managed to get a pair for £450 plus delivery.

Always lots of views on wether to buy 4.2 or 4.7.
I've driven a 4.7 ( not mc or stradale) but own a 4.2.
I bought it not really knowing the history of the model and the engine sizes and realised after about the 4.7 being the one to get.
Not 100% if my 4.2 has had upgrades but its brilliant and I didn't really notice any major difference between my own 4.2 and the 4.7. The 4.7 exhaust was throatier. You'll have to decide how much more you to spend to get it.Once again it was the 4.7 normal for want of a better way of putting it.
I extremely happy with my 4.2. It drives and revs lovely and sounds amazing. If you're going for a mc or stradale the extra cost is worth it.( only going by what I've read though, haven't driven one) but if you find the right colour combination from a 4.2 buy it.
End of the day you'll be driving a maserati granturismo it will be awsome!
Obviously it's only my humble opinion.
I wouldn't hesitate buying another 4.2. Unless I went for the stradale but finances won't allow!!
