GS/4200 fuel filter?

Guys,
I know that these cars don't have a fuel filter and considering the consequences there'd be if you get contamination into the fuel, I am thinkung about having a fuel filter installed.

Suggestions/comments?

Usually when no inline filter installed its incorporated with the fuel pump which is in the fuel tank.

That's how I would see it.

Thanks guys, that was my first thought also. Then I had a look over at Eurospares and there is not a word about any filter in the pump assembly.
Since the life expectancy of the filter should be /far/ less than the one life of the pump, wouldn't it make sense to have the filter listed separately?

Have stolen the attached picture from Ebay and it looks as if there would be space for some kind of filter in the bottom...



Anyone seen the pick up/bottom of the pump assembly IRL?
