Having a bit of a blonde moment!! Is this the badge under my bonnet that holds the paint code for my car. Getting my new splitter painted and need to give them the code. DSC_0811.JPG

No. There should be a sticker underneath the bonnet itself - though as I write I don't know what car you are asking for. This advice for a GS, sticker on driver side near windscreen. Don't necessarily expect it to be correct though :)

Sorry HB should of said, 4200 face-lift so should be the same as GS. There is this sticker which I thought it would be as it says Grigio Alfieri on it but no code??!!

Apparently there are two codes for one colour. My local paint shop told me PPG’s computer has one code online but Maserati themselves gave me a completely different code! See attached.

Cheers Chris, nice one! When I first had the front end sprayed about three years ago by the same paint shop I gave them a code off the car and it was right but I just don't remember where I got it from. And they haven't got any records......

No problem man. The PPG default for Grigio Alfieri is actually very blue rather than grey/silver.
