Hi, I need some new front brake discs, can somebody please point me in the best direction. I have seen some re-manufactured on e-bay, are these any good?

Be careful as there is a dodgy batch out there.

Sports Italia had some made, for the forum, but all these are sold... unless anyone has a spare set.

I do, but want to keep as spares.

Interestingly Eurospares are £153 + vat, cheaper than Superformance. These have got a lot cheaper over the years.

Certainly nice looking bits. It would be nice
to have the car to go with the too. Are they yours?

I would be interested but like all things depends on cost.
Has anybody fitted Brembo 09.6802.10 front brake discs to a Gransport. I have read a few comments saying they will fit, but not seen any reviews.

When this was last discussed there was a concern over the offset, and it meant that it wasn’t quite centred in the caliper. The F550 and 575 discs are the same, apart from the number of cross drillings.

I seem to recall that thread - the hats were relieved of thickness to allow offset compliance !??!

So Eurospares have both these brake discs in stock.

These discs are £275 pounds a pair.

184652 - FRONT BRAKE DISC

This part fits these vehicles:
  • Ferrari 550 Barchetta
  • Ferrari 550 Maranello
And these below are £306 a pair.

This part fits these vehicles:

Maserati 4200 Gransport (2005)

FRONT BRAKE DISC (New).

Part No: 387210321 supercedes 38720532

My question is after reading several threads is. Are the ones intended for the Ferrari a better choice with chamfered drillings ?

Thanks
