Actually Mark the guy who bodged yours is now alright. He invested in all the proper bending and welding equipment . Has some very nice work on his site now . He was just dabbling in it when we had our first ones done , and just knocked up what he could . I wanted a cheap H pipe and thats what I got . It was £150 fitted .

He bodged mine too I am going to get it taken apart and put back together properly by a metalsmith near me who is ex army the guy has serious welding skills.

If I knew then what i do now I would have gone with a franchise like powerflow or top gear which can be held to account if they do a bad job at it... Not a guy with a lift and MIG welder

Ask him if I can have a refund then!

The join 3rd from the top is rougher than a badger’s bottom.

Am I right in thinking a GS secondary cat/squish delete ( assuming US spec headers) is the same as a for a 4200..?
Interested to see what they come up with and why it's different to the Larini design..? I want to do this mod too...!

Yes, it is all dependent on the headers, it seems all GS had US type as stock.

My GS had (has) Euro spec. As I recall it was a bit of pot luck as to what you ended up with.

I have Supersprint decat pipes on my GS. Quality is good, fit very well and price was reasonable at the time I purchased them a few years ago. Would recommend as an alternative to Larini if you prefer off the shelf to a custom solution.
