Watched it tonight. It’s like de ja vu. Still, as I have watched just about every other car tv program no reason not to watch this.

Watched last night, still playing on the same theme but enjoyable enough. Key takeouts

1. Feck that city has had some fall from power in such a short time and we think Brexit will be bad
2. That mustang, £40k for 720BHP, that is amazing value and I'm off down the Ford showroom to sign up
3. "The Demon only comes with one seat as standard", James May response "Which one?" king of the one liner :)

That stomach!

I enjoyed it but the old manufacturing parts of Detroit were depressing. The centre looked ok but houses for sale for $2k? Terrifying! Anyone who thinks a city or a state is powerful and stable really needs to think twice. Economic diversity is critical.

Anyway, I enjoyed it but suspect I'll enjoy next week's special to Columbia (I think) more.

I enjoyed it. Detroit is a shadow of its former self. It’s sad to see that sort of decline in a place. Almost expected to see RoboCop turn up.

The specials and history related pieces are what they do best. The driving a new super/hyper car around a track is something every connected YouTuber does these days.

Looking forward to next weeks to see if they can avoid the C word.

Try the second part, it was just great, I loved the animals and Fiat Panda 4X4!

Watched both the Colombian parts this evening with my 9yr old daughter. We both enjoyed it, we have the same intellect.

The swearing is a bit challenging, when watching it with your kid, but brings a bit of normality.
I guess that's why they're #amazonshitcarshow

All in all, best value for money car show on telly right now.

Just a bit, best decision I ever made

They were like hens teeth a year ago but now seeing lots on the road. Was looking at the ford web site and agree that they are great value for money against other cars of this type. Used ones don't seem to be dropping quickly either.

The new one has more power and more toys , things like radar cruise and lane departure but it's 10k more than this one was which is why the 17MY is holding it's money well. plus next year the tax on this is £140 where now they're over £550 because the list price has topped 40k.

I agree there are more of them about but they're still pretty rare , I drive a lot and I may see 4-5 a week

£140 a year....That's good.

It was over 2k for the first 12 months but it's in the price of the car so it's not like you have to write a cheque out before you can drive it off the forecourt , you can't SORN it and get that back like you can with normal tax

Didn't realise that. You still loving her then. A chap down the road has the Eco one with the smaller engine and he loves that to.

Watched both episodes yesterday. A bit silly but I did laugh out loud at some of it so no complaints there.

Columbia is a beautiful country... I have wanted to pay a visit since they called a cease fire to the civil war
