Grancab Low oil warning

Hello,

Got a january 16 3k mile grancab. and today as i was parking up the "low oil" warning came up on the dashboard. Checked the oil and it's about half way between max and min on the dipstick.

So, any ideas? Is this normal? When does the warning normally come in - half way seems early?

Do they need topping up much?

I've not experienced that in nearly 40k miles with my GranTurismo. In fact it seems not to use oil at all.

just got one today too – I've gotten it before. drop a quart in and you'll be fine.
