If the cheapest Indy is over £2k then I can’t complain at my MD’s £2.4k price from the end of October. I had the same warranty concerns this time round but if they remain competitive post warranty then I‘ll stick with them.

If you do away with the (seemingly not needed) Lamdas, the price difference is much greater - approx. an additional £700.

I asked for Carbon canister and Lamdas when I brought my 2010 GTS to AV Engineering straight after PPI and purchase in 2018 for an overdue big service. They were adamant neither were needed. I had a huge amount of work carried out, including ALL fluids, Aux belts, cam cover gaskets, new wishbones, engine and gearbox mounts, complete underseal etc etc.

My next service 20 months away, is scheduled for lamdas! What warrants their replacement? Eg what goes wrong when/if they fail?

My QP had carbon canisters and Lambdas done probably for the first time at 65K/12 years last year. There was concern that the lambdas would snap / damage the exhaust trying to get them out. Maybe they should be "checked" more regularly just to make sure that tey don't get stuck, even if you don't intend to replace them? One thing of note was that after they were replaced the engine apprently wasn't that happy. It was put down to having to relearn whatever it does with lambda info which had changed over time as the lamdas "degrade". (could be rubbish but that was the story I was told). Anyway all good in the end, apart from a lighter wallet!

Ditto - same cost for my 4yr service and Graypaul have generally been excellent on warranty claims during my ownership.
