I've never protected my NCD in 40 years of riding bikes and driving cars and vans, I've got 4 policies , if I protected them all it'd be a lot, probably thousands by now , I recognise it as the BS it is , protected NCB or not the premium still increases but that's not how it's sold so people are surprised when they crash and the renewal goes up , but but I've protected my NCB , yes you've still got 65% but that was 65% off £900 , now it's 65% off £1700
