I am about to take ownership of a 2011 Granturismo so will be needing a good specialist as local as possible to maintain the car. Any recommendations for a good independent specialist in the Bristol/Bath (UK) area?

I suspect Emblem in Poole will be your nearest true Maserati specialist. There’s not a well recognised one near Bath/Bristol.

Welcome David.

Sadly there is not much in this area.

Duncan Slade could do minor works at Alfa Net, but as the name suggests he is more Alfa Romeo.

As Ewan mentioned Emblem, or in Bromsgrove there is Migliore, but hardly local.

Or its Main Dealer at Cribs.

Sadly Bristol and the SW is severely lacking and for the last 16 years I have had my car transported to either Emblem or the late Sports Italia.

Thanks Ewan and Safrane. I know Duncan Slade well as he has been looking after my Alfas for many years. I had seen the odd Quattroporte outside his place so guessed he could do minor work. Looks like it will be Emblem in Poole then. Its a great cross country drive there which know it well from taking my Alfas to Autolusso Bournemouth for their specialist modification work (hopefully assuming I will be driving the car to them!)

PS we have a little Maserati gathering on the 28th of this month if you are interested... you don't need a Maser to join us.

I live near Stroud, and there is nobody nearby. Again, in the absence of SportsItalia (Winchester), it Emblem (Poole) or or Migliore (Bromsgrove) both have their fans. Main dealer in Exeter? I have heard of Peter Chambers in Tewkesbury, but know nothing about them.
