Hello , my Glovebox has broken one of the fingers that move the spring loaded catch .
Tried Eurospares , my local Ferrari dealer who looks after it for me , and lastly twin pack epoxy resin . The barrel of the lock on the latch says Lancia .
Currently in the fridge, hopefully setting .
If as I suspect , this fails , anyone know where I can get another latch from ?
Reckon they were the same for 3200 , 4200 and gransport.

If you have no luck, I have a brand new one still in its Maserati box.
Postage from Australia though.

That's a very kind offer , however I have learnt that the same catch is used on several alfa's of a similar age . Got myself a brand new Brera door with catch for £40.00 . Thanks for your suggestion.

Hello , I got my Brera door this morning and now have a working glovebox , however it was not straight forward. First I removed the new latch , no screws here , I had to gently jemmy the door in half . Latch assy is now free and it looks identical, fit latch to my door , install in car , will not latch shut , way off .
Comparing the spring loaded bolts , the original Maserati bolt is slightly longer , so fit original bolt and refit to car . Still will not stay shut . A couple of small washers beneath the screws that holds the assy to the door gains the necessary distance to engage with with the fixed part .
If anyone has to do this in the future , this will save you time .
Alfa part perfect , spring bolt and spacers apart , fits perfectly and looks factory .
