what do we think an average condition matching numbers HF is now worth

I think you would need to be more specific, 1.3 or 1.6HF, S1 or S2, even RHD or LHD.

Assuming S2 with steel panels as above good ones are £35k plus, LHD a bit more. You can find various race prepped versions for around £30k but these normally have been messed about with. There is a tatty UK car at £22k at the moment but that has a sliding sunroof which certainly wasn't original and will reduce the price significantly.

So £30-35k if in reasonable condition, if UK car chances are it would have had some work in its lifetime and therefore evidence that this work has been done properly. Alloy panels, even though not original on the S2 will push the price up, alloy bonnets are over £2k, bootlids £1.5k and doors £1k per side all if you can find them (only standard on the S1 cars).

If it's an S1 add another £10k and even more if it has any factory race prep, race cars had up to 130BHP but most of those engines are in Fanalones and they are in a totally different league nudging £100k.

Even good 1.3 cars are nudging £20k these days and the 1.3 limited editions Safari & Monte Carlo are mids £20s. However they are immense little cars, they drive like little else and they handle and perform, even compared to today, like no other small coupe.

i'm quite tempted by the tatty 22k ebay one,l but sounds like it would need a complete respray and some recommissioning which isn't a problem if bought at the right price, there are a couple of others on ebay at 35 and 40k in restored condition but not selling, the tatty one isn't selling either and been on for a fair while and re listed due to no sale, presumably asking price far too high??

The silver one is lovely but it has had some extensive work floor pans and respray which is unusual for a good condition Italian sourced car. I agree nothing is selling at the moment

agreed, you know this wanting a fulvia again is all your fault because of that beauty you have :thumb3:, I've always liked the fulvias but never owned one, gonna keep my eyes peeled for the right one, hf or monte

Drive one, you will not be disappointed - if you are ever over Silverstone way you are welcome to come and have a play

Lancia produced some of the sexiest and innovative cars ever! It is such a shame what happened to them and GB. And what they are producing now.
