Front suspension help needed

I am right in the middle of changing the bushings on my front suspension. I’ve got the top control arm out on the driver-side without issue but the bottom control arm is stuck solid, as the bolts have stuck themselves to the rubber bushings.

I will need to order two new bolts but when I look on the parts diagram there seem to be a couple of choices. One of them seems very specific and I wonder if anyone knew what this actually means?
SCREW Front fixing - Valid only for cars with front frame assembly 980139618

Many thanks

According to the parts list that front frame assembly was only fitted to the 2003 to 2007 Auto QP. So unless yours is an auto QP within that time frame the screw fitting your looking at will not fit.

that part number is the subframe + fitting bolts according to Eurospares diagram. Understood from original post that bolts retaining lower wishbone are needed.
IS it this diagram and part 23 ?
screw front 240875
screw rear 240876
Had mine done in sportsitalia workshop so no first hand experience. The front and rear bolts are different because the bushes are different. There are options when changing these bushes. You need to speak to experts to access this detail as my knowledge has run out here.
edit:
  1. any competent workshop can repair suspension (including main dealers)
  2. any maserati independent will do this job,
  3. maserati independent with most experience likely to do the best job

There are 2 options for the bolts shown as item number 23 on the parts diagram for the front suspension. Therer is a front bolt and a rear bolt, but there is also an option depending on whether your individual car has front frame assembly 980139618 . I telephoned Eurospares and gave them my VIN. They were able to let me know that my car needed the cheaper bolts.
