Front Parking Sensor pushed in - to gain access, front bumper removal is NOT necessary

On my 2013 QP (model year 2012 carryover) the right-front-outer parking sensor somehow got pushed inwards - and fell down inside the front bumper. I did an online search and from other's experiences it seems that the front bumper must be removed to gain access. Well I'm happy to report that is not the case - you can access the parking sensor by removing the headlight assembly. To do this, you need to remove the right-front wheel, and then the wheel well liner, then a support bracket. Once all of these items are out of the way, you can remove the 3 bolts securing the headlight assembly, and just slide it back out of the way. Then working from the front of the vehicle, you should have access to the parking sensor. I hope this helps others out there who need to access and/or replace these sensors.

You dont even have to do that. jack the car up, remove the front undertray and get your hands up there. Bit fiddly but can be done

Hello PrestigeAutoworks, the front impact beam is in the way...at least on the USA face lift cars...I'm not sure about the earlier pre-facelift cars. The 2 inner-most parking sensors are accessible, but the two outer-most sensors are not.
