Hi David. Good job I am looking at uprating mine to some thicker hardened rubber ones and I am in need of the diameter of the arb - that said the inner diameter of your used ones might work (please could you measure?)

Contact eutospares, sure they can give you the dims. They are pretty helpful with that sort of stuff...I’m not a rep for them just happy with what I’ve got lol.

Good point forgot the classico has a slightly different suspension set up. Mine is the revised MY03. I'll raise the car up and measure it this weekend

Does yours have the aluminum petrol cap? Should have been standard... I would quite like one of those but not at the current premium

Yup. It is one of the 3200 Assetto Corsa parts that they carried over to the MY02 4200 then swiftly value engineered out of the revised version MY03 onward.

Maybe the billeted aluminium gear knob guy could fabricate some replicas?

No, I have then normal plastic one. I wasn't aware that there was another alternative part.
Given its hidden under the flap, does seem a little excessive.

I sort of agree...
Plastic is a bit cheap and nasty but the idea of a billet cap dangling free to dent and scratch the paintwork during refills is unappealing...That the plastic ones are free to do this is bad enough.
Im almost certain my filler flap has been damaged by previous users cramming the rubber restraining strap in when closing the flap. Its the little things !!

You know there is a hook on the end of the filler flap to hang the cap on right?

I had no idea of this until I saw a petrol station attendant do it a few weeks ago when I was on my italian road trip.

On closer inspection my bmw and vw also have a place to fix to filller cap in so its not dangling against the body work...
