That Lambo is mental money, i’d Have 3 rather fab alternatives sat in the driveway over that any day...... with change.

Got to say i'm not a fan of anything too flash, but the urus was rather nice and when I took it for a spin the acceleration is simply stunning even compared to his other lambo the aventador, I would rather spend that sort of money on an appreciating classic motor

I do like the look of the new Volvos, seems they have their mojo back. Meanwhile neighbour has a Macan GTS and has been offered pretty close to what he paid for it 2 years ago. I cannot get on with SUVs in general but would prefer the so called baby versions since the full fat ones seem just way too big for the UK.

Agree on the Volvo. Trying to get a test drive in a petrol XC90 and they can’t find one!

Always suspicious when people mentioned these tales about Porsche’s. There are short waiting lists on the SUVs so why pay up? I bet he got close to basic list price but that means nothing with these cars as I said earlier given the spend on options.

Yes - I/we love the Range Rover Sport.. and the temptation to replace with another of the same is strong,
Why on earth would you replace it John? 2016 is still pretty new and you would lose on a new one. Would it be to increase the spec etc? Have you looked at the cayennes and Q7?

Thanks all,

The car is on a lease through work, so one option would be to buy it at the end of the lease. My current thinking of possibles is:

Another RRS
XC90
Cayenne Turbo
Cayenne hybrid
Full fat Range Rover (but not sure this would fit in garage!)

I’d love to be able to write an M5 touring or an RS6 on the list, but Mrs W is fixated on having a proper SUV with decent 4*4 capabilities

Well I had a facelifted Cayenne Turbo and it was terrific.Ridiculously quick. Never took it off road so know idea what it would be like if you did.
Was living in the Middle East and it cost me around £12 to fill it up- Happy days!
