599 ‘can’ be very expensive to run.. friend has had to fork out 20K every year for the past 3 years on issues. Forget Maser parts prices..
That’s probably 50% of the value of the car, assuming it’s not a GTO! Do you know what he has had to do?

20 on gearbox issues, 20 on brakes, can’t recall the last issue but will check in 2 weeks when he comes to stay.
What I do know is that parts prices make Maserati parts look Ford cheap..
Guess I’m lucky that OEM discs for my 360 are £100 per disc! (I recently paid £75 per disc from eurospares) :)

This seems like so much Maserati for the money especially when you read how sorted it is. Hang in there as I am sure the right buyer will come along.

Great so far thanks, love the facelift aspects though not used to the alcantara centre on seats yet vs the all leather I had before…it feels overall sharper in the handling somehow, maybe just being newer but it definitely seems less ferocious on the downshifts vs my ‘09…like they refined the MC software to dumb the noise down a bit.
