Hi all,

Reluctantly, after close to 4 years ownership, putting my MC Shift up for sale.
Offering here first in case anyone is looking for a great & well maintained example.

Here’s everything I can think of but happy to take any questions or PM’s of course...

4.7L engine
40,400 miles (will rise slightly)
Recent clutch - Clutch reading at Autoshield yesterday at only 4% wear!!!
Discs and pads replaced - OEM front & rear discs with OEM front pads and Ferodo rears
Last full service in March 2022 at Autoshield
MOT due in next few weeks so will put 12 months on

Exterior colour of ‘Nero Carbonio’ - Black with paint flick
Interior is full Nero leather with Giallo (yellow) stitching
Dash & door inlays wrapped in a yellow/green carbon style - can be easily removed if preferred
All important factory Giallo (yellow) brake calipers :p

Bose factory stereo system & speakers
Comfort seat pack
Front and rear parking sensors
Aluminium pedals
20" Factory Gloss black Trident wheels
Skyhook suspension

Underside Waxoyl treated at Autoshield so no subframe worries
Rocker cover seals replaced in March 2020 at same time as full service
Recent Michelin Pilot Sport 4s all round with loads of tread - a crucial upgrade from P Zero’s!
Variators understood to have been done prior to my ownership - no sign of any issue at all

The car is in great shape and a nice example of the rarer 4.7L MC Shift
Always garaged during my ownership
All big jobs are done with no concerns on service, clutch, brakes, tyres etc.
Car is known to a number of other forum members who can vouch for it’s condition.

Looking for £31k ono
Located in Preston, Lancashire

Any q’s then let me know!

how old the kid do they actually fit in nicely in the back or is it snug fit?

2.5 yrs but he’s been in it from being a few months old. Plenty of room…just have to get the right seat as I guess some fit better than others.
We had the official Maserati seat from birth to 18 months, then switched him into this Joie and then I’ve got the next stage Maserati one already that takes him through another few years

Price now reduced by £3k to £27k.

Looks to be the lowest priced MC Shift in the country at this price with 40k mileage (and clutch done!).

Back on original reg plate AY09HDN in case anyone wants to run any checks,

What have you got it advertised ?

Not just on here I hope ?

At that price I am surprised that RG has not been on the phone

it’s on Autotrader I believe. I don’t think Richard goes below 2011 GT’s these days. Great price this for a lovely looking car.

Cheers Guys,
It is on Autotrader, I actually spoke to Dicky on Thursday and he gave some sound advice saying he’d retail it at £30k so would need to be cheaper Private…also that it’s harder to sell an early Pre 2010 one, especially with not having paperwork for the variators having been done.

Also not helped by supply/demand with dicky saying he’s getting 1-2 enquiries a day to buy Vs around 7 a day to sell!

I would have considered this car last week at this price. There is a lesson there for others I am guessing, including me.

Not at all, you pulled the trigger on one that’s right for you at the time and congrats by the way - I see yours has the all important yellow callipers!

I can't think of many other reasonably priced cars that I'd rather be the custodian of during a slump.
