Yeah, in hind sight I absolutely can. As a completely dispassionate observer high level football is simply controlled by money and how much can be made. Absoltuely cracks me up when people complain about (for example) cost of replica kits? Don't like the price? Don't buy them. Same with season tickets.

I'm a rugby fan, but I have enjoyed this World Cup so far. FIFA have sadly taken away any integrity left in the sport. Karma got them, USA were laughably bad.

Karma a over the hill out of form European team put right the result that those with money tried to buy.

FIFA need to have a hard look at themsleves but they won't, they will carry on the same self centred way they always have. A real shame as this has been the best World Cup I have watched.

Well that was a nice surprise kept quiet.
Son in law makes the ITV opening montages for the footie. Used himself, our daughter and their two granddaughters as family fans in parts of the item.

I hope they won’t be disappointed.
