Mine used to do that all the time. Always burned off with use (and the lights on).

Had you been using a jet wash ?

I get this in the rear lights on my XJ but only after a jet wash and being LED’ s takes an age to dryout. Have had them replaced once but still get the problem.

I have although it’s old residue I think, didn’t look like water in them at the moment but cloudy and a past water run mark or 2

Yeah it’s not bothering me much (the left one is nice and clear tho)
It still has warranty so I’ll get it done further down the line, assuming it is a warranty job

Hard to prove. Take pics of it and send it ASAP to them at least you have it documented in a mail. They are not cheap so yes get it replace for sure.

What did you think of the PF, Phil?
it was grey and you know what it left me really cold, when I saw it from a distance (rear only) I thought it was a 599! It looked like the proportions were wrong once I got up close too. it was in Silverstone so not sure if that just didn't suit it as when I've seen pictures of the Rosso car it looked stunning. Will reserve judgement.

Good! My first impression was almost sexual. I'd like to not like it because I can't afford one and don't need one. :)

Maserati extended warranty so should have to deal with the dealers. Think I’ve got about 1-1/2 years left on it.

Hi Oli, mine did that as well, very slight mist inside th headlight (right one I think) when I left the car outside on a cold day. As the car is now parked inside a garage overnight, obviously not a problem. I think I may leave it outside overnight and see if it is a problem.

Mine has that on both headlights, no chance of there being identical damage on both sides causing the mist so it’s obviously a defect and should be covered by warranty.
Haven’t got round to taking it into Maserati yet. So dull...........

Do you always get the mists forming on both headlights say after leaving the car outside overnight?

They all do that sir. The new ones will, design flaw, too much air in there, simple condensation..... You cannae change the laws of physics.... chemistry....
