Few updates for my Granturismo

I am looking to update a few items on my GT.

1. I would like to fit some spacers. Is it best to go for 22mm front and back to maintain the track width? Rather than 22mm to front and 25mm to back. What is the best make and place to purchase?

2. The mats are not in great condition and I would like to replace them. The current ones have piping that matches the car colour. Is it best to buy from dealers?

3. Can the rear camera be retrofitted?

4. I also like the look of the stradale type boot spoiler. What are the best options?

I suspect there will be more newbie questions. Thanks in advance.

If you want spacers the H&R ones are a lot cheaper than the FD alternatives. And they seem good quality from what I can see.

There are lots of threads on mats, I think some even had quilted ones recently. The OEM ones are good if you don’t like money I imagine.

The rear camera is part of the deal with the carplay system. I don’t think there was a rear camera option until that update. So yes, but you’ll need carplay.

There are a few options for spoilers, again have a search around.

I too am looking to go down the spacer route and there are a few brands that are mentioned as ones to go for, i will probably go for the FD ones when i do eventually buy a set.

Thanks guys, I have been searching here and the internet. I will probably go for H&R spacers. I cant decide if I should go for 22mm all round or 25mm at the back.

Does anyone here have the MC Sport line carbon boot lid? It looks like it needs to be bolted on, are the holes already present to fit this?

Regarding spacers, I went 22mm on the front and 25mm on the back using the black H&R spacers. They look great, and bring all the wheels out just about flush with the bodywork. (See picture below)
After fitting them I had a full geometry set up at Centre Gravity, who completely transformed the handling of the car. If you can get there I'd highly recommend it, but its not cheap. Either way, after fitting spacers I'd recommend getting the suspension set up somewhere, just to be sure.

Car mats: I bought my Vantage mats from Autostyle. Superb quality and an excellent fit. Highly recommended.

Cheap, too.

So you got a 44mm and 50mm total track extension on the car? Stance looks great btw

That's right.
Thanks, I thought so too.
You can get away with 22mm or 25mm spacers all round, but for me personally the rear definitely needs the 25mm. They really fill the arches out and give it a much better stance.

Thanks, that does look good. I am going to order a set from eBay. There doesn't seem to be any UK suppliers.

I also find that the vent grill on the wings look better in the Stradale. I am considering alternatives but conscious not to over do it with the mods.

The wheels on my car also needs refurbishing but not sure on which colour would look best on a blue car

The Stradale doesn’t have vent trims at all. So you’ll struggle to replicate that.

I think you can buy dark chrome trims though.

Also be aware that the Strad wing and side repeater is different (same as an F430 repeater).

Thanks. I will stick to just changing the colour of the grill, I don't want to do anything drastic like changing wings.

Is that Blu Oceano? If yes, it is the same colour combo (black interior) as mine .... and I think you should leave the wheels the colour they are.
