Here's another one of the whole parade. Don't know how he spotted us but my nephew correctly spotted me in the far right lane coming through at 4 mins 43 (behind a silver 360) with Frank directly behind. Enz comes through 3 secs earlier at 4mins 40 in the middle lane.

Ha Ha Loz,

I thought the same on my drive home from Italy yesterday...thought I had never see so many Ferrari around, almost like spotting 911's.

Welcome back Pete hope you had a great trip and look forward to some pics.
Driving up from Somerset to silverstone until entering the complex that was when we saw our first Ferrari saw a few porkers on way up and it was same after leaving the circuit.

What a day. it was quite extraordinary, I only took a couple of pics on my phone Andy, you've seen them on my FB page, too busy dribbling, I mean talking.... I did see Phil in the back ground at one stage and lost you again, a memory I will treasure, the vid is good, see you have it on site.... truly amazing turn out, I think the last time was a mere 400 cars and with Goodwood on too...

Shame to have missed you Andrea always enjoy a good chat with you.
Miranda my partner her eldest had a trip in a ambulance with paramedics to the famous medical center when he keeled over with stomach cramps and sickness but came back to brave it for the track parade.
We spent last night in A and E still not sure what but might be appendix.
Rock and Roll our lifestyle.

What age is your eldest Phil? Appendix is quite common in adolescents my wife's family nearly all had it and my eldest boy but none of the others yet!

Wishing 'em well anyway...

I was there researching my next book, which will cover 308 328 and 348's. A great event!

Any owners of these models on here and willing to share experiences of ownership?

just had this come on email:

On behalf of everyone at Ferrari North Europe, thank you for joining us at Ferrari Racing Days and for supporting this spectacular weekend – Silverstone was truly painted red with Ferraris.

The weekend was made even more memorable when, together, we set the new Guinness World Record for the ‘Largest Parade of Ferrari Cars’.

Having previously held the record in 2007, it was then lost to Japan in 2008 when a parade of 490 Ferraris was achieved at Suzuka International Racing Course. Ferrari North Europe together with the Ferrari Owners Club GB were determined to bring it back to the UK in style and set a new record that would stand the test of time.

With your passion and enthusiasm for the Ferrari brand, we have managed to beat the record which, as confirmed by Guinness World Records this morning, now stands at a staggering 964 cars, something for which we at Ferrari North Europe are extremely proud – this will take some beating!
