Hi All -

Just posting in case anyone is interested in a genuine Ferrari F1 team gilet. One of my pals used to work for the team and has been having a clearout. He has gifted them to my daughter who is fundraising for a school conservation trip.

Brand new with tags.
Made by puma
Size XL

Looking for £40 + postage

110237

I also have an unused team laptop/document bag. Nice quality leather, also £40

Thanks for looking,

James

I imagine it’s the sort of thing a Ferarri owner might like, but not actually wear. Would look great framed and on the wall of a man cave / garage.

spot on! My 16 year old son would wear it though! He has an Alfa F1 team shirt from Spa last year so I am leading him in the right direction!! PM'd OP

@Guy I’ve pm’d you back.

it’s a UK XL - see pic of sizing label.

I’m 6’4” slim build and it fits. My pal who was on the team is a chunky fella but is more like 5’11 - 6’.

Some better pics of the laptop bag.

Laptop compartment with document compartments front and rear.
Internal smaller pocket for pens/business cards etc.
Also has a loop for your telescopic wheely suitcase handle to go through.

Leather bag, Nylon strap with leather shoulder pad.

I am roughly the same height and build and most of my stuff is M. Obviously it rather depends on what cut you want but an 'normal' UK anything swamps me in terms of the width as it were

Perhaps you could measure the gilet’s width just under the armpit and then times 2 for the chest measurement. From my experience of ladies’ Ferrari clobber (of which I’ve a fair bit), the sizing is a lot smaller than non-Italian brands.
I have a theory that Ferrari don’t want fatties to be seen parading in their gear, so they only make clothes large enough for the svelte.

XL for Italian sizing is generally large in UK sizing. With the amount of cycling gear I have, none of which is Italian because their sizing is too **** small!
I bought an XXL rain jacket from Castelli and I couldn't get it over my forearms!

For ref here’s a pic of my mate with Kimi. I’ll let you judge his chest size.
