Great review as always.
The option prices are eye watering though, and I do agree, why have all that exposed carbon tat in places subject to damage.

Oddly enough, I watched the same thing this morning. Harry is always an enjoyable presenter and I enjoyed this one a lot. I also agree re the carbon. Great way to spend and then demolish lots of cash unless you're driving Miss Daisy all the time. Surely better to keep it with the standard plastic and protect it with 3M carbon-effect PPF.

It’s an F12 on speed. A brilliant car and, I heard from one who knows, easier to drive than an F12.

I should love it, but it and the F12 leave me a bit cold. For the price of that (fully optioned) there’s a 599 manual at Bramley. But even then I’d be thinking 550 Maranello or 612 Scaglietti with change for other toys.
I also echo his thoughts on carbon fibre trim pieces, particularly on the outside. I’m glad the 812 is still being made though.

The 599 is, apparently, a very slack F12. The Scag is a nice car but, IMO, not as good as the 599. The 550, whilst nice, is a generation behind all the others mentioned. If you get the right Ferrari V12, why would you need other toys? I too concur about the carbon; nice to have but I wouldn’t pay for it on a new car.

Still think the design team took a holiday, to three different places and then didn’t talk to each other. What’s going on with the boot lid?

There’s a place on the outskirts of the village he goes through at the foot of the mountain that has the most amazing hedge. Stop giggling at the back, hedge not bush.

Don't like it....There said it......Who calls a car Superfast. May be amazing drive but it's Vulgar....Don't particularly like how it looks either. Ferrari no longer make desirable cars for me.

Andy, the name is silly yes.

I do love a Ferrari V12 but thus far, bar the F599, I have not been onboard with the styling.

The Superfast does tick that box so I’m going to say I love it.

Personally I like all the recent V12s from the 550 to the 812. If I had to choose one I’d probably go for the 812 but would happily settle for an F12. I’m getting too old to be bothered with mid-engined cock-rockets so a nice front engined GT car with plenty of gonads would suit me down to the ground.

I love his presenting style too.
Cracking car, he was caning it up that hill.
His main crit (apart from twitchy on Uk roads)seemed to be the brakes which is the last thing I would expect from Ferrari with all their racing experience.
Gotta say though that it is a mental price. £350,000!!!!! Optioned......Seat lifter £1400 that is taking the p1ss.
Id have 3/4 cars if I was prepared to spend that.
